Reaching circuitry level of understanding of depression in preclinical model

Dr Yalcin (University of Strasbourg) will focus on the cerebral circuits implicated in the anxiodepressive-consequences of chronic pain. After an overview of the state of the art, she will present their recent molecular, electrophysiological, optogenetic and behavioural evidences divulging the role of different anterior cingulate cortex pathway' in this comorbidity.
