Mes travaux de recherche portent sur les troubles du langage et du traitement des nombres ainsi que sur l'interrelation entre la mémoire à long terme, le langage et le calcul chez les cérébrolésés (aphasie, maladie d'Alzheimer, autres formes de démence, maladie de Parkinson, etc.). Ces travaux s'articulent autour des trois axes suivants:

  1. Mémoire à long terme (procédurale et sémantique), langage et traitement numérique (origine procédurale des troubles linguistiques et numériques; organisation de la mémoire sémantique; caractérisation des troubles sémantiques dans le déficit cognitif léger, la maladie d'Alzheimer et les autres formes de démence; impact des troubles de la mémoire procédurale et de la mémoire sémantique sur les habiletés de lecture, d'écriture et sur les habiletés numériques);
  2. Caractérisation des troubles du langage et de la cognition dans les démences atypiques (aphasies primaires progressives);
  3. Approche cognitive et utilisation des nouvelles technologies pour le traitement des troubles acquis du langage et de la cognition.
